Website services
The standard offer is $199 one-time setup and $50/month for hosting and maintenance. It includes up to five standard pages, template-based customization, responsive design, an inquiry form, basic SEO, and initial launch support.
Monthly care and additional work
The monthly service includes routine technical maintenance and one minor content update per month. Domains, major redesigns, additional pages, integrations, and custom functionality may involve additional charges.
Project schedule and approval
Scope, delivery schedule, content requirements, and approval arrangements will be agreed before work begins. No exact delivery timeline is promised on this site.
Policies awaiting confirmation
Cancellation, ownership, licensing, transfers, refunds, payment due dates, liability, and governing law have not been finalized. These must be reviewed and included in a written agreement before accepting paying customers.
Payments
Online checkout is not active. Future payments will use a configured secure payment service. Submitting an inquiry does not create a payment or subscription.
